No Record of Sent Proposal

Hello -- I submitted a proposal for a fixed price job a few days ago, and once I hit the "submit" button, it appeared that there weren't any issues. However, when I check my Proposals page, there's no record of it. Should it definitely be there if it was actually sent? I would like to resubmit, but only if it's pretty certain that it was never received in the first place.

Please check your archived tab if the proposal is listed there and let me know.

There is no record of the proposal under the Archived Tab.
