I tried uploading my profile without a cellphone. I cannot receive messages on my phone.

 

Can I use my Email for verification? How do I do that?

Hi Mihaela,

Please go to the setting and then click the contact info. You can update your mobile phone and Email address also note that Email verification code will be found maybe junk or spam folder.

I already tried to find the settings but it is not possible as I did
not manage to upload my profile yet. I am in the very first stage of
setting up my account and I cannot do it except via a cell phone code,
which I am not able to receive.



What can I do?

I thought this is it. I checked the help & support center and I was
guided to ask the question.

If this is not it, how do I do that? There is nothing available on the
portal I am now. Is there a phone number I could call to get them to
solve it? No phone number appears on my portal either.
