Three reasons why you're not getting work: 1. Absolutely no writing samples in your portfolio - are clients just supposed to take your word for it that you know how to write? 2. A too-short profile overview that looks like you can't be bothered to make any effort; if you can't write a good overview for yourself, how are clients supposed to trust you with their projects? 3. Too many errors in your post above; if your proposals are similar, then that might be another reason why you're not getting hired.
