No jobs!

Good morning! I am new to Upwork and have already applied to 13 different jobs posting with no success or even a reply. Is my profile faulty, or what is going wrong for me? I am very motivated, I just don't know what to do at this point.

My other question is about the connects; is there a monthly renewal of connects with the free membership? Or are they gone for good when they get all used up?

Hi Marki and welcome! There are tons of jobs here and hopefully, you'll land your first one soon. I think you might want to consider adding a 'hook' sentence at the beginning of your profile. What is it that really sets you apart from the other freelancers and why would someone hire you as opposed to anyone else? Hope that helps! Keep us posted on your journey 🙂
