No name mismatch - but bank account request failed.

Hi there. Need urgent help. Eventhough there is no name mismatch between my upwork account and bank account my set up bank account request is shown unsuccessful. All other details are correct - i double checked many times. But my account is not getting approved. Please help.

Could you please confirm if you were trying to add a bank account for the Direct to Local Bank method?

The message I receive is " Your request was unsuccessful. Please make sure payment method details are correct and up to date.". But it is all correct and updated. Donno what is he issue
