No response from Customer Service after a week

Hi

 

For some reason, my state ID is not being verified by Upworks. After three tries, still nothing, and in addition, It no longer even lets me try.  I asked Customer Service about it, and they informed me they'll get back within three to five businuess days. It's been more than week, and I have nothing. 

 

I am looking forward to working on this platform. I just want to actually be able to do so.

Can you send email id of customer care.

I hired a guy and transcation of money is done, account is debited with 5$ but anable to hire the freelancer.

 

Whats the issue??
