Whats the use of posting here when nobody ever reply here??

You got an answer yesterday here. Multiple posts only slows things down. You will also have to change your name as per the answer you got.

Upwork has few hundred employees to deal with 20 million so don't expect reply from them all the time. Community will only respond if it interests them.

You don't need a response from the Upwork team.

Freelancers post in the Community Forum, and mostly receive help from the Community.

That primarily means other Upwork users (freelancers and clients).

You did get a reply. You are not allowed to share a profile with your sister or anyone else, or you'll be permanently banned. Your sister needs to get her own profile.

But as for being approved, don't worry about that. Everybody is always approved.
