Hi there,
I recently tried to upload images on Upwork. I am surprised to discover that images format is fixed so a lot of images horizontal and vertical are cropped which kind destroy the images... is there a way to post an image with its original ratio?
I saw this profile who seemed to have manage to do it.
https://www.upwork.com/ab/profiles/search/details/~0148e7a7d512ace731/profile?q=illustrator&user_pre...
Very frustrating to have let's say a full body character, and just being able to show the torso or the legs...
How can I do it, because right my profile portfolio does not look good at all and I not sure I can show that to a client,
Thanks

Hi Paul,
You should be able to upload portrait-oriented images to your portfolio items. You can find information on minimum and maximum image sizes in this help article.

Thanks for the response Luiggi. Finally I went for the basic Updwork format ratio 4:3. Just put my image in their that implied re-working the presentation of each peace, but it looks great now so I should be ready now.
Best Regards,
-Paul
