I have a non-Upwork client who only understand the Arabic language, so please let me know is there any option to send the contract in Arabic where they can understand and read the agreement?

While Upwork only supports and uses the English language at the moment, there may be ways on how your client can still make use of the site by using Google Chrome for instance. The browser has a feature that translates a website in their local language by following this help article. Please note that you can discuss project details with clients in the preferred language if the client agrees.
