None of my newly-submitted proposals are active

A few months ago, most of the proposals I submit get listed under the "Active Proposals" header. I eventually got a client that gave me a tasked that I finished quickly. However, after that, I have to go through the account verification process.

After finishing it, however, none of my subsequent proposals get listed under active proposals. Aside from making sure I don't use the same proposal repeatedly, I haven't changed my style much, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong on my case.
