Not Getting Response in Proposals

Hi Everyone,
My profile strenght is 100%. I am daily submitting the proposals.

I never recieve response from any client.

Can anyone look into my profile and suggest if there is any issue?

I don't know if there is any way to improve my rating and feedback as I am a new freelancer and not worked for any client.

Please suggest me if there is some way to get rating, feedback and response from client regarding my proposals.

The first half of your overview is just meaningless drivel. Clients don't have the time or inclination to read paragraph after paragraph of you going on and on about what a nice guy you are. Nobody cares.

Clients want to read how your skills will solve their problems. Cut out the bla-bla.

State clearly, briefly and succinctly how your skills will help the client.

I am new to the Homebase job but experienced in Managed Service Provider. I applied for so many posting and it seems it does not go through. Can anyone also help me check where I am lacking or how to improve the chance for me to get a contract?
