Not Getting Top Rated Badge

Hello,  After April 2015, I was not active for Few years,  from January 2018 I'm full time in Upwork.  I've completed 16 projects in last 16 weeks but not getting Top Rated badge or Raising star. When last time updated my profile it was showing 12 out of 16. I don't know why it's taking a long time and not updating properly.

 You can never get Rising Talent status because you have a JSS, and the two are mutually exclusive.

The last update was only last Sunday so we are still in the 13th week.

Chances are you'll become eligible for top rated status (provided there were no account holds) next week some time. You are clearly winning plenty of contracts so it's not as if it is holding you back, just be patient.
