Did you already create your job post?

After you do that, you can send an invite to any freelancer you can find on the site.

You can create a private job post and ONLY invite selected freelancers, or you can create a public job posting.

Remember: This is just an invitation to TALK about the job. It does not commit you to hire them. Or hire anyone. It does not cost anything to post the job. It just gives you a chance to talk to freelancers about the project.
