I have created client account by mistek so i am closing that client account, unfortunately now i am not able to login into my freelancing account.

It looks like you closed the whole account, not only the client-company. We are going to restore that account so you will be able to log into it. Once that's done, we'll need to close the account you are currently using to post in the Community as users can't have duplicate accounts on Upwork.
