Not able to remove a Team Member from Agency Account

In my agency account, I am trying to remove a Team member, but it is not allowing to remove and is showing me the following message:

"User has active candidacies in agency".

Whereas, the member who I am trying to remove does not have any active candidacies.

Please, let me know how I can remove that team member.

Hi Sohil, Please close out all of the user's current contracts and proposals. Please go to Settings > Members and Permission. Select the Remove from Team checkbox for the correct user or adjust their permissions. Select the Update Permissions button. Let us know if this works.

I have already closed all the current contracts and Proposals of the
respective user and tried to remove the user following the method
mentioned by you. Yet, I am not able to remove the user.
Please let me know what else could be done.

I have the same problem. I cannot remove the agency member also.
