Not able to update account info

I m a new family member of upwork family but im not able to add my education details and submit since when im opening video and adding it then i scroll down to enter more details the window fly away and restored as previous menu which asked me to add my education details and due to this im not able to add my education details.

Could you please clarify your problem and let me know if you`re receiving any errors on your end? I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to add your education. Thank you.
