Not able to upload profile photo despite multiple attempts

Hi Team,

I am new to Upwork and not able to upload profile photo despite multiple attempts. There is no option coming up which will allow me to save the photo and hence my profile is not getting created. Request your urgent support on this. Attached a snapshot of the issue

Hi Vivek,

Could you please try resizing your picture to 250x250? You may also try to upload your profile picture using a different browser. You might want to check out this help article for more information.
