Not able to upload profile picture

Hi,

I am not able to upload the profile picture. When i click on upload and select the image, it remains blank and there are no instructions as well. Could you help please, so that i could complete my profile.

Please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to upload your image. If you`re experiencing the same problem let me know what type of browsers did you used, thank you.
