Not approved

Hello, 

I am new to Upwork but for some reason my account keeps saying it is under review.  After the first day, and some research, I saw that the reason could that I hadn't completed each section, but now that my profile is 100% complete, I still haven't been approved.  Is there something else that I need to do to get started? Can I expedite the process in any way?
