Not getting hired

It's been more than 6 months. Not a single project awarded to me. I have very good experiences in dynamics crm and have completed lot of certification too. But still no work.

To land your first project, it might be a bit difficult as you need to compete with the freelancers who have been working on Upwork for a while. And to be able to compete with their 5-star review and amazing feedbacks, you'll need to make sure that you have a strong profile with a Professional Bio/Overview and Eyecatching Portfolio. 

When I checked your profile, there is nothing that shows that you have "Very good experience in dynamics crm" as you said. Also, I couldn't find any of the Certifications that you completed.
You need to put some effort to show your qualities on your profile so that when a client visits your profile after checking your proposal, for example, he can rest assured that you are an experienced person whom he can trust for the job.
