Not received my monthly connections..

i'm on Upwork from day 6 january, i finished my connections and my thought was to receive new connections on day 7 of this month, but i still not received them. what i should do? 😞

Your current billing cycle is Jan 13, 2019 — Feb 12, 2019. Your new billing cycle will start on Feb 13, 2019. Please allow 24-hours for the Connects to be credited to your account. You may check out this article for more information about connects.
