Not receiving connects as a new account

Hi there! I created an Upwork account on July 10th, 2024, and I haven't received any connects since then. I have checked my Connects History and there's still nothing. I would be so grateful if you could help me with this issue. Thank you!

Hi all,

 

Upwork currently requires new freelancers to do one of two things before being able to submit a proposal for a job: subscribe to our Freelancer Plus membership plan for $19.99 USD a month, or purchase Connects. After you fulfill this requirement you will also receive 50 free Connects to further help you get started on Upwork.

Me to i have joined upwork last month but havent got any connects.can this be fixed please

Why did you that.. if we don't have 20$ what we do???

so plese do it as it was. otherwise we choose other platforms to freelance

It is simple we just need to help our self

so you need to buy connect first 

I hadn't recieved no connects on my new upwork account, nor the 10 monthly connects. My account is verified and I have also completed filling my accounts details and linking it with other accounts too!

I have the basic freelancer plan.

I sin up to upwork on 27 July, and till i didn't get any connects, please resolve my issue

I have a freelancer basic account. However, I haven't received the new membership connects or the 10 free which you're supposed to get at the start of each billing cycle. Kindly let me know what issue there is. Thank you.

Hey! I have also created an account almost 3 weeks ago but didn't receive any free connects. I have already completed my profile but seems like UpWork updated their policies to provide the connects. Is there any such update you heard in a while?

Hiii Upwork, I created my account 1 Month ago, but 'til now i haven't received free connects yet. 

I haven't received my free connects yet, despite creating my account. I waited for the next billing cycle for the connects, which was yesterday (see attached screenshot), but I still haven't received any.

Connects are no longer awarded to new users.
