Not receiving connects as a new account

Hi there! I created an Upwork account on July 10th, 2024, and I haven't received any connects since then. I have checked my Connects History and there's still nothing. I would be so grateful if you could help me with this issue. Thank you!

I am sending this email, because I don't have receive the free connects. I received an email said that my account is approved but as I try to apply jobs I found out that I don't have any connects. Upwork no longer provides free Connects at sign up.

Did you click on the link "Learn more about how to earn and use Connects"?

Note on your portfolio: you need to remove your contact details on your resume. It violates the Terms of Service.
