Not receiving connects as a new account

Hi there! I created an Upwork account on July 10th, 2024, and I haven't received any connects since then. I have checked my Connects History and there's still nothing. I would be so grateful if you could help me with this issue. Thank you!

Hi all,

 

Upwork currently requires new freelancers to do one of two things before being able to submit a proposal for a job: subscribe to our Freelancer Plus membership plan for $19.99 USD a month, or purchase Connects. After you fulfill this requirement you will also receive 50 free Connects to further help you get started on Upwork.

Hello, my name is Manuel. I made my account a few weeks ago, but I haven't received the 10 free connects that the basic plan says I should. Is there something wrong or can I do something to get them? Thank you.

How will we send a proposal for a job without the connects.

So its Impossible for a person to Not Spend money on connects is what I'm understanding. 

I as well haven't gotten my 50 connects upon registration, very ridiculous policy.

I haven't received my free connects yet, despite creating my account. I waited for the next billing cycle for the connects, which was yesterday (see attached screenshot), but I still haven't received any.

I recently joined Upwork and completed the initial setup of my profile. However, I noticed that I have not received the complimentary connects that are typically provided to new users upon account activation. As a new freelancer on the platform, these connects are essential for me to start bidding on projects and building my reputation.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate it if you could ensure that the appropriate number of connects are added to my account so I can begin applying for jobs.
