Not receiving connects as a new account

Hi there! I created an Upwork account on July 10th, 2024, and I haven't received any connects since then. I have checked my Connects History and there's still nothing. I would be so grateful if you could help me with this issue. Thank you!

However, I have noticed that I have not yet received the initial 50 connects that are typically provided to new freelancers to help them get started on the platform. Problem in your friends. Them lied to you.

You must buy 100 connects or FLPlus first. Also do not trust that you not need to read rules.

Hi! It's been over a week since I have completed my profile into 100% and add billing to my account however I still did not received the 50 free connect upon account verification. What do I do?

Also, when I plan to buy connects instead, the least option I can buy is 100 connects at $15.00, I just want to try out first buying 10 connects but it did not have an option. Please help me.

please check and confirm what ways are possible to get connects on new profile.There should be a support from upwork to encourage new users by giving connects
