Not receiving connects as a new account

Hi there! I created an Upwork account on July 10th, 2024, and I haven't received any connects since then. I have checked my Connects History and there's still nothing. I would be so grateful if you could help me with this issue. Thank you!

Hi, I have been joined this Freelancer Basic Membership on May 22- June 22 . I should have received monthly 10 connects yet  but now today is July 19 and I still haven't received any connects yet. Kindly check it out and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Upwork currently requires new freelancers to do one of two things before being able to submit a proposal for a job: subscribe to our Freelancer Plus membership plan for $20 USD a month, or purchase 100 Connects for $15 USD. After you fulfill this requirement you will also receive 50 free Connects to further help you get started on Upwork, and start receiving your monthly membership Connects for any subsequent months.

It's frustrating that I haven't received the 50 free connections promised on Upwork. It's been two weeks since signing up, and I still haven't gotten them. What should I do to fix this?

I have created a new account on Upwork but didn't get the connects. I was the under the impression that whenever we create a new account we will some connects. If anyone who knows reasson please help me.

I recently signed up as a new freelancer on Upwork and I am eager to start applying for jobs. However, I have noticed that I have not yet received the initial 50 connects. Is this still applicable for a new signed up account?

I think they changed the policy. I also made a new account last week, I got my 50 free connects after purchasing the pro plan.

Upwork now requires new freelancers to subscribe to Freelancer Plus for $20 USD/month or purchase 100 Connects for $15 USD to submit their first proposal. After you fulfill this requirement, you will also get the 50 free Connects that freelancers traditionally receive when signing up.
