Not receiving email notifications

Hello,

 

I'm new to the platform, and have been receiving regular email notifications regarding job postings but, critically, am not receiving notifications for 1:1 messages . I have checked all spam folders and reviewed all mail filters, but cannot find an explanation.

 

Could someone please advise?

I have a Freelancer account, don't know what went wrong with the email notifications, and I am not receiving any emails from Upwork.
