.Not safe to download file

Hello.
My client sent a file but i cannot download it because it says "it's not safe to download this file".
I tried to turn off my chrome's privacy settings but still not working. Anyone can help me, I really appreciate that.

I also had the same issue. I told the client about the file not opening, he sent another file. I was very suspicious when I saw that message from Chrome. The client was from Freelancer, not from Upwork. So i did a little googling, and apparently if your browser warns you that a file is dangerous to download, its possible the file might have a malicious code, according to google.

I think it would be best also to chage all your passwords right away, and refrain from leaving your mailbox open. I've had to put 2 Factor Authentication for extra security.
