I have attached 10 docx files to my portfolio. But when I click on a file to download it, I get an error message "Not safe to download this file. Contact customer support.". Not all files have this problem. Only 3 files are "not safe to download". Please help. Thanks!

Use a dedicated file transfer tool such as FTP, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc.
That way you have control over file transfers and you don't need to,wait to receive help from Upwork Customer Support.
