Via an absence of a job offer or request for interview

....OK....your answer is a bit snarky but it is what is.....then maybe you or someone else can tell me is there a way to check if the job has been filled?

 Sorry Karl, I have a quirky sense of humour

You can look at the original job posting, and see if it says something next to "Hires"

You can also take a look at your archived proposals page - on the right you'll see the reason why they are not "active" anymore.

Proposals that sit in "active proposals" and are old, but still not archived may just have been abandoned by the client.
