Notification about suspension of an illustrator's account

I'd like help from customer service, but cannot find how to connect.

 
My illustrator notified me that UpWork has suspended her account, just AFTER her and I agreed on a contract through UpWork.  
 
However, UpWork has not yet notified me of this.  As we have an agreed contract, it would make sense that UpWork would notify me that they suspended my illustrator's account.
 
I'd like to work with this illustrator, and if UpWork has suspended her account, I'd be forced to work outside of UpWork... which is totally opposite of what UpWork is trying to do.  I wonder if there's been a mis-understanding that has resulted in the suspension.
 
How do I find out about the status of my illustrator's account?
 
Please advise.
