Only 20 connects?

Hi! I would like to send out proposals but I only have 20 connects. Others said it should be 60 for a basic account, why is it that I only have 20?

You only have 20 connects because that's all new accounts are given. 60 was back in the days when basic accounts got free connects every month, but that system was phased out nearly a year ago. People telling you that you get 60 haven't been paying attention for a long time.
