Hi Vanessa,
When you are managing your freelancer business, you do not have an employer. Remember that freelancing means breaking away from the corporate cycle of an employer-employee relationship. With this, I would suggest that you relay to the bank that you are an online freelancer, and ask them your next steps. It is also possible that there is tick box/option for "Self-employed/Business owner."
