Opinions about my profile

Hello guys, 

I am at the plataform for about  3 months. Until now, I didn´t get ay job. I have sent more than 30 proposals, and all I get was  chatting with couple of clients, but none of them hired me.

I wonder, is my profile not good enough? Is there anything on it I should improve? Please give me some advices because I don´t know whatelse I have to do.
