Hello!

I of mine is unable to log into his account due to the username is incorrect error.

I verified my account after completed work and ran out of connections. I bought connections and after that his account was logged out.

Now, when trying to enter, it says that the name is not correct. But the way, I didn't receive messege to the my email.
