Hello,
I have an issue with payment methods.
I confirmed my payment method (paypal) almost a week ago and still not able to hire a freelancer. When I am trying to hire anyone and deposit funds I always get notification "There was a problem charging your billing method. Please enter a new billing method and try again."
Can you help me ?

Hi Top,
I checked and can confirm we can't charge your billing method. Please read this Help article, check the associated funding sources on the account you set up as a billing method on Upwork and lastly consider adding an alternative billing method.
