PAYMENT NEVER WENT TO MY ACCOUNT

Okay so I did the whole verification thing with the small depsoitis for verifiying your bank account . 

So finally I had $7.40 to cash out. I made sure my account number & routing number were correct. 

I went to cash out and NOTHING. It never went to my account. 

Yes Im fairely new but I heard from other freelancers that once they hit "Instant pay" it goes direclt to their back account. I did every single thing right and I dont know what else do . Can someone, anyone please help me I literally dont know what to .
