PAYMENT PENDING ISSUE

Hello upworkers. I'm new at upwork and I completed my first job today but the payment is pending. Is there a problem or what does this mean.

Hi Amschel,

I would like to clarify that Pending status represents the standard security hold period in which funds cannot be withdrawn. Payments for fixed-price milestones (and bonuses) have a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability.

Okay got that. I also have an issue with my account that is the beneficiary name mismathed. However my profile name matches with my MPESA name. Please help me fix that. Thank you
