Hi.

I'm new in Upwork in terms of being paid though I have been here for a while but haven't gotten a job. Recently I got a job whose budget was @20 but added duties made it $35.

My billing shows $35 but when I requested payment I only received $20, which I have already weithdrawn. 

Help me understand where the rest of the amount is as shown.

Thank you for your message. I see that the payments were split into two and the remaining balance of $15.10 is still under review. You can refer to the Report page to check the status of your payment.
