Hello - I've uploaded a PDF (proposal) 2x and the file is not uploading correctly. To double check things, I've uploaded the same file elsewhwere with zero problems. What is happening? How do you reach an actual human customer support? THANKS!
Hi Preston - I did that for the initial post. . . .the client requested a full proposal. Would think a PDF would upload without issues. :/ Oh well, I sent a google link for access and that is working for now. THANKS for reaching out!
Can you please retry using a different browser? You can also clear your cache and cookies then retry attaching your PDF file. If you still experience the same issue, please let us know so we can investigate further. Thank you!
