PROFILE ERROR

I have entered my profile correctly, yet when I gt to my pre-last question "TOWN", I enter the town I live in Namibia, which is Swakopmund and it is not accepted so I cannot proceed to enter my mobile number.

Can someone please assist, I have been trying to get through to Upwork assistance but impossible!
