PROPOSAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Hi, I am new to Upwork and I need a lot of guidelines on placing proposals. I have placed quite a few but none of them seem to be effective enough to even get me an interview.

Is there a specific format we need to use?

Am asking for some tips
