Page refresh issue

I was writing my profile description and almost completed but my chrome browser page refreshed and I lost all the description. How to recover or get back to that page? any solution?  I was writing from the last 2 hours.

Yes.

Next time, write in a text editor tool and save often. When you are done, copy and paste.

You have used websites long enough to understand that most forms on web pages don't auto-save. You have used computers long enough to know that applications can crash, computers can crash, the power can go out, etc. That is why we save our work frequently.

People like me never lose work because we save frequently and reflexively, without needing to think about it.

I'm sorry to hear that. You may log in to your account again to continue your profile. I'd suggest that you might want to type your description in a word/google document so that you can save it just in case you encounter any issues with your browser again.
