Paid amount not visible in my earnings

Hi, after having successfully finished the job and client releasing the funds from escrow I am still unable to see the amount in my earnings - after a day. it shows up on my transaction history (it does not have a pending status), but when I go to "Get Paid"  sub-menu my earnings don't reflect the mentioned amount. Is there some other procedure required from me or from the client?

There is a 5 days security hold period. 

Your earnings will be available to withdraw in 5 days since the escrow is released.
