Passed Exam but it is not listed on my profile.

I have passed one exam but it is not displaying on my profile. It seems it displays as failed or passed but it is not listing that exam.

I just checked your profile and you have 1 test listed the Upwork Readiness Test. Did you take another test that is not listed on your profile? Please go to your your profile > scroll down to the test section and let me know if the second test is not listed there. Thank you!

Thank you for reply, Yes i have passed test of PHP  and it is not listed on my profile. As soon exam ended it has redirected me to the starting test page. I have attached screen shot of the situation when i am trying to give exam again (so it must listed as passe or failed as i have attempted it).
