Pay Pal as a Billing Method

Hello Pay Pal support team,

I need to add Pay pal as a billing method to my account but when I follow the steps provided in the community Bot, I only get Credit card as the only option. Kindly support to resolve this as I am in need to purchase connects to submit some proposals. Thanks

Kindly note Pay pal as a billing method is supported in Kenya as one of my friends is able to purchase connects via pay pal

kindly note as I had explained ealier, I'm not getting the option for Pay Pal. see the snapshot attached. Kindly advice on how I can log a ticket on this to get further assistance
