Pay Pal issues

I currently have issues with my own paypal account and I want upwork to transfer the funds to my brother's account. Is there an issue in this?

I'm aware of that. The issue is not related with upwork.. but my issue is i
can't withdraw money from my paypal account regardless of the place.

The question was if i can put my brother's account instead of mine

Hi Abdullah,

Since your verified name on Upwork has to match the name on your PayPal account you can only link your own PayPal account with your Upwork account.
