I have a problem in linking my UpWork account with my PayPal. Both are using the same email but UpWork keep telling me they are not matching. Please help...

It looks like you have already added Paypal to your account; however, you haven't filled the W-8BEN form. The Form W-8BEN is a form used to confirm you’re not a U.S. taxpayer and that Upwork is not required to withhold taxes from your earnings. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
