Payment Currency

Hello,

I'm living at the moment in Switzerland and I have a bank account here.

I change my payment method to "Direct to local bank" but the current says EUR. In Switzerland we use CHF, not EUR, so my payment will be exchanged twice (USD to EUR and EUR to CHF).

Why is the current in Switzerland configurated in EUR? Can I do something about it?

Please remove you Bank account and then add again. I hope it may solve your issue. BTW you can contact with customer support. Cheers

Hi Audrey, 

 

Please be advised that for direct to local bank, we only support transfers to EUR and not CHF. If you do not want double conversion, I would suggest adding a different payment method instead where funds are transferred in US Dollars. Thanks!
