Hey, My name's Hamna and I am new to Upwork. I just wanna ask you can I add my payment method right after earning because I'm afraid of any kinda deduction from my bank amount. kindly clear me do you guys charged any kinda monthly charges that will be deducted from my bank amount?

I checked and you are currently on Freelancer Basic Plan. This is a free plan and as such does not have any monthly membership fees. 

You can choose to upgrade to the Freelancer Plus plan. Freelancer Plus is a monthly subscription for $14.99 (USD) that is designed to help you more effectively market your services, submit proposals, and stand out from the crowd. You can find more information in this help article.
